Step One
You should already have a brush design created. Here's ours:
Note: It might be a good idea for your brush design to be colored black.
Step Two
Go to Select >> All.
Then go to Edit >> Define Brush. A pop-up should appear, and if you wish, give the brush a name. Then click ok.
You have just created a brush! =)
