Step One
Download a brush set from any site. You can get some here or anywhere else.
Step Two
Open up Adobe Photoshop, and click the Brush Tool. At the top bar, click on the arrow beside the brush.
There should be a bunch of brushes to choose from. Now, on the top right corner, you should see a little arrow in a circle.
Step Three
Click on it, and there should be a menu. Find and select Load Brushes. Now look for the downloaded brush set and click Load. That's all there is to it! :)
