3) Must not have stolen content, all content must be made by you.
4) Must have at least more than 10 pages.
5) We are choosing the site with the best overall content, layout, quality, etc etc.
6) Do not whine and hate us if you dont' win. You can always sign up again.
7) If you are already a winner, please don't sign up again =]
8) Dont' apply if you are on hiatus, going to close down, etc.
9) This does not include any voting. We choose which site we feel deserves to win.
