Stairway To Heaven
Story
This is a Korean Drama, and the story is about a girl named Jung Suh and her best guy friend named Song Joo. They had been friends since forever, and were
so close to each other that their friendship soon transformed into love. It seemed like everything was perfect for Jung Suh, little did she know her destined fate soon changed. Jung Suh's
father marries another woman named Mirah and brings along her own two children from her previous marriage; therefore Jung Suh has a step brother named Tae Hwa and a step sister named
Yoori. Mirah is a famous actress and everyone regards her as a good person. What Jung Suh and her father didn't know was that Mirah and her children USED to live in
poverty, and earlier she abandoned her children and husband for years just to get her fame.
Soon, Song Joo leaves to America to get a better education, leaving Jung Suh behind, who is secretly abused by Yoori and her evil step mother. Yoori dislikes
Jung Suh because she grew up with a better life, and she envied her, therefore she tried all she could to steal everything from her, including Song Joo, the person she loved. Tae Hwa was
not fond of Jung Suh at first, but he soon started to fall in love with her because of her generousity and loving spirit, and mistakens it for love. He helped her through the years and he
himself did not like his mother and step sister. When he admitted to Jung Suh he loved her, things began to get more complicated. Yoori teased and threatened Jung Suh she would tell
Song Joo all the bad things she's been doing behind his back with her brother, and Jung Suh was crushed. She did not approve Tae Hwa liking her because they were step siblings.
After 5 years, Song Joo returns to Korea to reunite with Jung Suh, so that they could go to America to study together. As Jung Suh prepares to
go to the airport, Yoori (who is drunk) takes the car and accidently crashes Jung Suh while crossing the street. She hides Jung Suh at her real father's house, because her real father
feared Yoori would go to jail. Tae Hwa witnessed the whole thing, and when Jung Suh woke up from the accident, they learn that she had forgotten her memory. Tae Hwa comes
up with a plan to run away with his real dad so that he could be with Jung Suh and start a new fresh life. Everyone came to believed that Jung Suh died, leaving a heartbroken Song Joo who
can't seems to forget her. Another five years later, Song Joo (who
is engaged to Yoori) spots a Jung Suh look-a-like...
The story continues as Song Joo and Jung Suh fall in love with each other all over again, Song Joo desperately trying to regain Jung Suh's memory, but soon learn the accident caused much more than just memory loss..
