Summer Tips


Everyone loves summer. Hanging out with friends, going to the beach, having fun. But the hot air and sun feels like its making you dried up. Want to look your best in the summer time? Here are a few things you can do to help yourself:

Wear Sunscreen: I honestly hate to wear sunscreen lol, I even hate putting on lotion. But its good for your skin and will protect you from the sun rays. It also prevents you from getting skin cancer if you go out in the summer all the time without sunscreen. Yes, at first you put it on it feels a bit weird but it'll dry later on. Apply sunscreen onto your arms, legs, necks, shoulders, etc.

Drink Alot of Water: Water is important for your body, and a part of your body is made up of water. Drink alot of water and it'll keep your skin fresh and hydrated. Its healthy and refreshing for you, too, especially in the summer when its so hot outside! My sister and I don't drink alot of water each day, but we've tried to drink 8 glasses a day as a goal one time, and we felt so good! Our skin was much brighter and healthy looking.

Leave Hair to Dry: After washing your hair, you don't always have to use that blow dryer. Let your hair dry naturally, because sometimes the heat in the blow-dryer damages your hair. Leaving hair to dry can help make your hair a bit stronger.

Tie Hair in a Ponytail: Its your choice if you want to or not, but tieing back your hair for the summer makes you alot cool than leaving all your hair down. Its too hot when its covering over your neck.

Wear Sunglasses: They protect your eyes from the sun's rays when its too sunny outside. Its also a cute accessory too ^^
