Color Your World

You come across this really nice picture of either a celebrity, model, etc. But just one problem: Its black and white =[ Don't worry! Follow this simple tutorial and you can add color back!

Step One

Find a black and white image of anybody. Here we have the lovely Scarlett Johansson. Open up Adobe Photoshop.

Step Two

Once Adobe is opened and the image, create a new layer by going to Layer>>New>>Layer (or CTRL+SHIFT+N).

In the drop-down list under Layers, find Color. Make sure you are still on Layer 1. Your settings should now look like this:

Step Three

Now time for the fun part: Colouring! ^_^ This might not be easy, so when coloring over your image be careful and choose a good color. You can start anywhere, for this tutorial, we are going to first color the skin using the brush tool. You may zoom in if it makes life easier x]

Once you've done the skin, choose a color for the hair. We're going to color her hair brown:

Have fun with the makeup, clothes, and you can even choose your own eye color!

Go crazy even! Pink streaks, different color eyes, you imagine x] Have fun coloring! Remember, nothings ever dull ^_^
