This simple tutorial teaches you how to add a cool effect to your text.. a reflection!
Step One
Open a blank document, and add any text you want. Our example will be "Text Reflection".
Step Two
Add another text area right below the first text you made. Again, type the same text you did in the first step.Lower the opacity of the second text layer to any number you wish, we lowered it to 30%.
Step Three
Making sure you're still on the second text layer, go to Edit >>Transform >> Flip Vertical. Your bottom text should be flipped.. you can adjust the space between the two texts.
Step Four
Lastly, select the bottom text layer and highlight it.If there isn't already a mini window of your Text Character Palette, click on this icon at the top: (example below)
It should now pop up. Change the percentage of the Vertical Scale to whatever number you want. We changed ours to 65%
